My happy for this week

♥ Making mini meringues with sprinkles.

♥ Catkins growing in the garden

♥ A letter from Elizabeth. She can write my 'name' now so its lovely to receive little notes addressed to me.

♥ Reindeer food bought at the school Christmas fair.

  2. Oh how lovely ... the little meringues are gorgeous and we have reindeer food here ... we got the recipe from playgroup ... it's very special stuff :) ... my little ones love sprinking some on the lawn to guide Santa and the reindeers ... Bee xx

  3. Those mini meringues look fabulous. Last time I made some they were brown on the top and a little too gooey in the middle.

  6. Ah, Elizabeth's handwriting is lovely. Bella constantly makes me cards and letters and I treasure them. She is really into writing stories at the moment and they are hilarious - they make no sense whatsoever! I too bought an almost identical looking bag of "Reindeer food" from our school fair on Sunday. £1 for oats and glitter - we were fleeced!! xx

  10. Your mini meringues look amazing. I've been thinking baking thoughts this week, maybe I'll actually get around to making something yummy for a change. Not a natural baker me.
