Weekend...

3 Jun 2012

♥ We won this jar of beaded necklaces at Elizabeth's nursery fun day for guessing the closest amount inside. Elizabeth wanted to take them all out but they look so pretty in the jar, so its now sitting on my windowsill for a bit!

♥ I have been playing with my new camera, taking lots of flower photos both in the garden and at the park. Elizabeth has used most of the petals from my roses to make perfume, leaving these little star shapes. The strawberries are quickly diminishing too - both the red and the green!

♥ We have been eating Jubilee french fancies. (exactly the same but red, white and blue!)

♥ We went to our local park yesterday and walked through the park gardens to see the fountain, where Archie found this fab sword.

♥ We made another visit to a local park today where they had a craft fair and Jubilee celebrations. The only thing Archie was interested in was Boris the train ride.

And still two more days off for the bank holiday! Yay! My partner Emil has been working away this weekend, but he is back tomorrow so hopefully on Tuesday we can have a nice family day out somewhere.

I hope you all had a lovely weekend, and if your here in the UK enjoy the double bank holiday. x

  1. Boris is the best name for a train! Also why do boys always want to climb in baskets?? Have a happy time when your husband gets home :) x
